一、基本情況
深圳埃森新能源集團(tuán)成立于1997年，擁有境內(nèi)外全資、合資、控股公司10余家。涉及石油煉化、精細(xì)化工、天然氣開發(fā)、海洋運(yùn)輸、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、大數(shù)據(jù)處理分析與應(yīng)用、智能電子、戰(zhàn)略投資等領(lǐng)域。集科技研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)銷售、國(guó)際貿(mào)易于一體的大型跨國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)，年產(chǎn)值超過百億。
二、重點(diǎn)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域
2.1新能源建設(shè)
傳統(tǒng)能源的煤炭、石油、天然氣到終極零排放“氫”已成為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略，廣東省政策扶持加財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼，推動(dòng)從制氫、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)、加氫站到氫能交通產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展，埃森集團(tuán)100萬噸/年長(zhǎng)煉芳烴項(xiàng)目是珠江三角洲最大芳烴化學(xué)原料供應(yīng)商，還富產(chǎn)氫氣資源。已自建2萬噸/年P(guān)SA氫氣提純和氫氣充裝站，計(jì)劃建設(shè)20座加氫站、氫氣液化儲(chǔ)存基地，將成為珠江三角洲最大的氫能民營(yíng)企業(yè)。
2.2老撾石化建設(shè)
埃森集團(tuán)與老撾國(guó)家石油公司、云南建設(shè)投資集團(tuán)公司等共同出資，在老撾首都萬象賽色塔開發(fā)區(qū)建設(shè)300萬噸/年老撾煉油廠。老撾煉油廠是老撾國(guó)家最大工業(yè)企業(yè)，是中老兩國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人高度重視的一帶一路重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，此廠建成奠定了老撾國(guó)家工業(yè)化基礎(chǔ)，完全改寫老撾成品油依賴國(guó)外進(jìn)口歷史，填補(bǔ)了老撾煉油化工產(chǎn)業(yè)的空白。
2.3東南亞油田勘探
埃森集團(tuán)與加拿大CFG公司共同投資東南亞M15區(qū)塊海上超大型天然氣油田，資源評(píng)估油氣儲(chǔ)量24TCF，經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值超過1000億美元，油田勘探后天然氣通過管道輸送中國(guó)云南、貴州、重慶等西南地區(qū)；石油銷往越南、老撾、柬埔寨、泰國(guó)、馬來西亞等國(guó)家，東南亞油田的勘探將埃森集團(tuán)與東南亞國(guó)家形成互聯(lián)互通經(jīng)濟(jì)融合體。
2.4新加坡物流貿(mào)易
埃森集團(tuán)在新加坡設(shè)立埃森海外總部，負(fù)責(zé)埃森集團(tuán)海外金融投資、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、物流運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)。埃森集團(tuán)建造的4艘2萬噸油品化學(xué)兩用船船舶，由新加坡船務(wù)公司營(yíng)運(yùn)，發(fā)揮新加坡在東南亞各國(guó)貿(mào)易的集散地和轉(zhuǎn)口航運(yùn)、轉(zhuǎn)口貿(mào)易的區(qū)域優(yōu)勢(shì)，帶動(dòng)埃森集團(tuán)海外國(guó)際貿(mào)易與亞歐非沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)形成互為一體的經(jīng)濟(jì)圈。
1.Basic information
Shenzhen Esson New Energy Group, founded in 1997, has more than 10 wholly-owned, joint venture and holding companies at home and abroad. It covers petroleum refining, fine chemicals, natural gas development, marine transportation, international trade, big data processing, analysis and application, intelligent electronics, strategic investment and other fields. A large transnational private enterprise integrating scientific research and development, production and sales, and international trade, with an annual output value of over 10 billion yuan.
2. Major areas of development
2.1 New Energy construction:
The transition from traditional energy sources of coal, oil, natural gas to the ultimate zero emissions "hydrogen" has become a national strategy. Guangdong province has issued policy support and financial subsidies to promote hydrogen production, storage and transportation, filling stations and industry chain development, Esson group's 1 million/year aromatic hydrocarbons project is the largest aromatics chemical raw material supplier in pearl river delta area, and is also rich in hydrogen gas resources. PSA hydrogen purification and hydrogen filling stations with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons have been built, and 20 hydrogen filling stations and hydrogen liquefaction storage bases are planned to be built, which will become the largest private hydrogen energy enterprise in the Pearl River Delta.
2.2 LAOPEC
Esson Group, together with Lao State Fuel Company and Yunnan Construction and Investment Group Co., LTD., jointly invested in the construction of a 3 million tons/year oil refinery in the Saythetta Development Zone in Vientiane, Laos. Laopec is going to be the largest industrial enterprise in the country, a key project of the “One Belt One Road” initiative that valued by leaders of both China and Laos. The completion of this refinery has laid the foundation for Laos's industrialization, completely changed the Laos's history of relying on imports for refined oil products, and filled the gap in Laotian refining and chemical industry.
2.3 Exploration of Oil fields in Southeast Asia
Esson Group and CFG Company of Canada jointly invest in the offshore super large natural gas field in Block M15 of Southeast Asia, with an estimated oil and gas reserves of 24TCF and an economic value of over 100 billion US dollars. After the exploration of the oil field, natural gas is transported to Southwest China such as Yunnan, Guizhou and Chongqing through pipeline.Oil is exported to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries, and exploration of oil fields in Southeast Asia will form an interconnected economic integration between Esson Group and Southeast Asian countries.
2.4 Singapore Logistics trade
Esson Group has set up its overseas headquarters in Singapore to take charge of its overseas financial investment, international trade and logistics and transportation business. The four 20,000-ton oil and chemical dual-use ships built by Esson Group, operated by Singapore Shipping Company, give full play to Singapore's regional advantages in trade distribution, entreship and entreship in Southeast Asian countries, and drive Essen Group's overseas international trade to form an integrated economic circle with Asian, European and African coastal economies.
